Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FocusThree ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

FocusThree is a task management application designed to help users maintain focus by limiting active tasks to three at a time. The App provides a simple workflow for capturing, focusing on, and completing tasks. The App is provided "as is" and "as available."

Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of personal task management. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the App
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality

User Content

You retain full ownership of any content you create within the App, including tasks, lists, and notes. Your content is stored locally on your device and is your sole responsibility. We do not claim ownership of any user-generated content.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, interface, and all related intellectual property, is owned by FocusThree and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Availability and Updates

We strive to keep the App available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time
• Release updates, patches, or new versions of the App
• Change features or functionality with or without notice

We recommend keeping the App updated to the latest version for the best experience and latest security improvements.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FocusThree and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the App if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted within the App and on our website. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
