Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FocusThree ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

FocusThree is a task management application designed to help users maintain focus by limiting active tasks to three at a time. The App provides a simple workflow for capturing tasks, focusing on a small number of priorities, and completing them.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Subscriptions

FocusThree may offer auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of personal task management. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the App
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create within the App, including tasks, lists, and notes.

Content created within the App may be stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining and backing up your content.

We do not claim ownership of any user-generated content.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, interface, and all related intellectual property, is owned by FocusThree and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Availability and Updates

We strive to keep the App available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time
• Release updates, patches, or new versions of the App
• Change features or functionality with or without notice

Keeping the App updated ensures the best experience and latest security improvements.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the App will always be error-free, secure, or available.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FocusThree and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted within the App and on our website.

Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
